I have wanted to Go from Xbox to Xbox Media Center for a while now.

OK, it might actually be a "small number of defective units" but has anyone blogged about their Xbox 360 crash working wonderfully on it's first day?

I like the idea of modding my xBox in ten minutes as long as I wait until after the warranty has run out.
