bagel in a spindle
Bah! This would only work with those NY style bagels (i.e. roll with a hole) and not the wonky yumminess of a real Montreal-style bagel. From what I hear, there are now at least 2 places in TO that sell Mtl-style. One is around the corner from my place :)

I believe a bagel shop at St. Lawrence Market sells Montreal Style Bagels. In the basement I think.

Of course you're right about it only working for NY style bagels. I'm surprised someone hasn't thought of that already.

Me no unnerstand. Why only work with NYC-style bagel?

mtl style are never uniform, always wonky and off shaped. they would usually be just outside the ring of capacity.
