Sometimes I imagine yes but in general it's like saying it's a pedestrian's fault for crossing the street. Sure, you can do it in a manner that is dangerous and likely to get you killed but in general, it's drivers who have to keep alert. They are the ones in the machine weighing hundreds of pounds. I would love to see more bike lanes or at least enforced respect of the bikes on the road because I am so tired of being jostled by assholes on the sidewalks; once again they are on the metal device and I am walking in the only area provided to me.
