yeah you have but i see you using the stylus so i don't think of it as the same thing...

Very true. Although I could use my fingers but the stylus offers precision.

And that is precisely the difference between having a "touchscreen phone" and a stylus activated phone. Touchscreen is not merely you touching the screen but the interface being designed so that everything you need to do can be done by touching with your finger tips. i would never say that palm devices were ever touch screen even though I could tap them with my finger nail as well as the stylus.
