au gratin
I do like my veggies covered in cheese but now I realize I need an au gratin pan. Well I don't need one but I do like the excuse to add something to the kitchen. But what I really need for the kitchen is will power.

Yes, you make veggies au gratin so often you really need an au gratin pan. While you are at it, why don't you pick yourself up a paella pan too?
Yes, that is scarcasm.

The real question is: Do you need any of it? Practice kitchen minimalism as I do and you'll find you can get by with some creativity, less clutter, and less money :)

Yes but then you end up with less nifty stuff...

And said by the boy who barely uses his kitchen but to impress the girl :)

Cooking for one is lame, hence the underused kitchen; cooking for two is nifty, thus, more kitchen use!
On a self-congratulatory note, I have been kitchen-bound a whole lot more these past few weeks. Eating better entails eating in, so I've been working the range-top like a semi-pro and making mass quantities of food; and on top of it all, I've saved a bit of money too!
