Don't buy the figurine from that website! They totally fubar'd the major's name, it's supposed to be 'Kusanagi', where the f*ck did 'Aramaki' come from?! If the name is wrong, how can we trust them?

Having never watched GitS2 (having seen only clips) I don't know if the Major still kept that body after merging with the AI; I could swear she looked completely different.
