knife sharpening
I imagine the Knife Sharpening Tricks in this article would make the noodle man cringe, he having been trained in a proper kitche as opposed to, say, a sidewalk.

Good info on that site, I'll have to bookmark it so I can finally put proper edges back on my blades. Ideally I'd get a proper sharpening stone for the knives at home, unfortunately I'm too cheap and lazy to do so, and as time passes, a steel just doesn't do as good a job as a stone either.
Maybe I can just take them somewhere and have someone do the honing for me... Something I should look into.
