Ever since I was little, in my house the towels have been used for one week and then changed. Same with the sheets. So that's the same thing I do.

However, underwear should be changed daily.

You can double the life of your underwear by turning it inside-out and using it again.

bath towels are usually good for about a week... but if it doesn't stink it's probably good for longer... I probably change mine about every 10 days or so.
