Well, if anyone even reads this, here is how it works:

Wonder how Uwe Boll keeps getting projects after all his Hollywood Videogame to movie adaptations keep flopping? And how he has a score of these projects coming up?

The answer is: German Investors.

In Germany, investors get a tax write-off for these "movies".

I saw him recently interviewed and he knows his investors very well. they don't care if his movies do well in theates or even are well done movies as long as they sell well on DVD and pay per view. and they do.

Uwe Boll, i gave him a chance, saw house of the dead then spent the next 6 months wondering how a man could willingly made such crap. When i woke 6 months later i came to find out that not only has he made another film, he made another film based on a game, big surprise? Not really. So i watched Alone in the Dark in curiosity and has a brief anurism for my efforts. So what makes him so bad? why is he so god awful? Well, he takes the simple idea of a good story, and flips it upside down with terrible dialogue, worse twists in the sotry, and offensive attempts at decent action, but instead all we get is Clint Howard and Christian Slater yelling out cheesy lines before either shooting or getting shot by a large man for no apparent reason. And the universal rule in a Uwe Boll film, a man can fall through anything as long as he was either shot or hit by someone slightly larger. Now i hope i can jump through the wall the second Bloodrayne starts.

UWe Boll is by far the worst director in the history of the world. I recently viewed an interview on spike tv in which he addresses the fact that he has been ripped to shreads by countless people on the internet. instead of taking the high road and really addressing the issues, he simply stated that all the people who express their concerns about his films and his upcoming projects all live in their parents basements, and that they are all losers. while I do agree that alot of people are armchair critics, i think its important to point out that He has NEVER made a decent film. and it only stands to reason that he will ruin many more, I for one am going to boycott all of his future projects! Whos with me? I also find it really hilarious that EVERYONE knows how much people hate him. HE really does suck!

Even if German investors still fund his crappy films how in the hell do companies like Eidos and the like willingly sell their rights to make a film knowing that this clamlicker will turn it from a great game into a pile of rectal ruin.

I mean if I were say Bungie or Squaresoft w/e and I wanted to make a film that douchebag would be last on the list. And if he does get his hands on Half-Life I will personally bludgeon him to death with a copy of the film.

Far Cry is a good if not decent game which will no doubt have it's name tarnished by boll, and another asshole to join boll's ranks is WS Anderson, creator of the crappy RE films and soon to ruin Dead or Alive, Devil May Cry and god knows what fucking else. They should both damn quit before some of the best games are ruined.
